Transformation
A former industrial site is being transformed into a cultural center and community space. Green spaces and vegetation are being preserved and integrated into the design. A central bicycle and pedestrian path connects the area with the surrounding neighborhood, while an iconic footbridge provides access to the immediate vicinity. The architecture combines existing industrial buildings with flexible new elements and promotes encounters, cultural activities and sustainable mobility.
