Creating an impressive address
The challenge was to develop an apartment building on a park-like slope, in Stuttgart’s noble Killesberg district. The winning architectural design features an iconic house with a characteristic roof shape, a house that fits well into the upscale residential neighbourhood and that creates an impressive address. By slicing into the building, the designers managed to fit out all 21 apartments individually, with spacious balconies and loggias and a high level of privacy. The house is embedded within the enchanting park landscape: Panorama windows look out over the Stuttgart Caldera or the Feuerbach district.
