We have been successfully implementing national and international projects for more than 30 years. Founded in Stuttgart in 1989, around 250 employees from 15 different disciplines and 24 nations work hand in hand at our four locations in Stuttgart, Mannheim, Berlin and Ahmedabad. Always with the aim of finding the best design solutions for our clients' requirements - across all service phases, from basic planning to execution.

Transdisciplinarity is our recipe for success: whether office, retail, residential, mixed-use urban building blocks or public buildings - with us, all disciplines play together. Experts from architecture, interior design, product design and communication sit together at one table. This establishes new ways of thinking outside the box - for better results and sustainable architecture.
We call the idea that stands at the beginning of a project: Design Strategy. In order to understand what the user wants and which needs he might develop, we involve him in the design strategy development process right from the start. This is the only way to find a solution that everyone can agree on. The Strategy and Consulting division has been operating independently in the subsidiary blocher partners sens since 2022.
Sustainable construction is essential for our projects. That's why we founded blocher partners sustain, so that we can address our concerns in even greater depth. Our transdisciplinary approach enables us to deliver all planning services: our general planning experts coordinate all parties involved in the project and ensure a smooth process by assuming interface responsibility.

Product design by blocher partners
Some projects led us to design special furnishings for them. This impulse gave rise to our own product design unit, which develops innovative lighting, furniture and room-in-room systems in collaboration with renowned manufacturers.

Especially with larger properties such as residential complexes, shopping malls or underground parking garages, finding the right routing can be a challenge.
