An important part of our success story is the branch office in Mannheim's city center, founded in 2005 and located in P3, a building we designed. Our close connection with the “city of squares” has enabled us to realize numerous construction projects of various sizes over the past decades, including buildings that have shaped the cityscape, such as Quartier Q6Q7 or the Castle of Mannheim. Other examples in the field of architecture are the Residential Park Niederfeld, the Glückstein V Townhouses; the P5 Mannheim Offices in the commercial and mixed-use buildings sector and R5, and Euro City Center West or the ÖVA-Passage.

Among the projects our Mannheim architects are currently working on is the revitalization of the Building Ensemble at Carl-Reiß-Platz, where three mixed-use buildings are going up; the architects are also planning a new headquarters for Bauhaus.
