Renovation of an administration building — Stuttgart, Germany — 13,750 m² — 2028 — State of Baden-Wuerttemberg

Sustainable transformation: administrative buildings for the future

The task is to comprehensively renovate the former administrative court building in Stuttgart and to redesign it as an administrative building. The building sections A and B, which were built between 1937 and 1968 and have been expanded several times, will receive new office space, meeting zones and barrier-free access. The focus is on the energy-efficient renovation of the facades, the renewal of the technical infrastructure and a modern development concept. Organic transitions between existing and new structures combine functionality and architectural clarity.
