The design process begins with questions about aesthetics and utility. Of course, what we like and use today can be outdated tomorrow in our fast-changing world. That is why our architects and interior designers work with our product and communications designers in transdisciplinary teams.
Before a project really gets started, we ferret out and harmonize the demands and expectations of all parties involved. Together, we find a solution that reflects this broad input.
More than corporate consulting
What do we call the innovative phase that kicks off every project? Design Strategy. In order to grasp the user’s current wishes and anticipate future needs, we involve the client from the very start in the development process. We stay one step ahead of the classic architectural service phases and focus on "service phase 0" – working with clients and users to define the "why" behind design premises and conducting research and analysis of customer experience.

Agile methods & a permanent beta state
We rely on permanently agile reaction methods, seeing constant change as a chance to question the status quo and redefine what can be experienced. Results become a never-ending sequence of intermediate states that are constantly verified and adapted – a permanent beta state.
Using agile methods like Lego Serious Play, we take a deep dive into these questions. We improve communication, promote insight, inspiration and imagination. In this way we are able to create a wide variety of solutions in the shortest possible time – solutions with which participants can identify.
