Eyecatcher on the Highway
The HN Safal Corporate House is located in the west of Ahmedabad: on the SG Highway, where the city is experiencing lively growth. Here, blocher partners has already realised several striking buildings such as Mondeal Square and Mondeal Heights for the HN Safal Group, with whom the architecture firm has been working successfully for over 15 years. The new headquarters of HN Safal, one of the city's leading developers, was intended to symbolise innovation and top quality and underpin its leading position. The family business of two brothers grew rapidly, and the next generation is already on board.
The Corporate House is 44 metres high and consists of two building sections divided by a central canyon. The upper floors are characterised by a generous room height of 6.50 metres. In order to create optimal light and temperature conditions, blocher partners designed a double-layered façade made of glass and shading elements.
Plants are an integral part of the design: they are used along the façade and inside the building, creating a pleasant indoor climate and establishing strong links with the surroundings. High-quality materials such as marble, teak from certified environmentally friendly cultivation and brass set the design tone, combining luxury and friendliness. Open, bright corridors with balconies, spacious offices with frosted glass room dividers and acoustically active materials ensure a pleasant working environment.
