On the outskirts of a major Indian city in the state of Maharashtra, our architects and interior designers have completed an exclusive private residence – a private retreat that combines spaciousness with integration into the surrounding landscape within a single architectural composition. The spacious plot allows the new building to exude a calm, understated presence. This creates a living environment of elegant quality that feels entirely natural. In addition to the new build, the existing historic villa on the site was also extensively refurbished and modernised. Its original architecture has been preserved, resulting in a harmonious interplay between the existing building and the new construction.
