Architects plan for the Central World Plaza
It is a wonderful opportunity for the architects from blocher partners to work in the Central World Plaza in Bangkok, a shopping destination of superlatives: Southeast Asia's biggest shopping complex, the sixth largest worldwide, with Thailand's biggest bookstore and an absolutely unfathomable array of merchandise and brands.
The architects of blocher partners were responsible for the revitalization and expansion of the mall to 300,000 sq. m. The atmosphere is bright and generous, with plenty of daylight streaming in through the glass walls and skylights. Due to its size after the revitalization, the Central World Plaza is not only a multifaceted shopping location but also perfect for exhibitions, fashion shows or just a shopping stroll. Since 2003, blocher partners has been collaborating with the Central Department Store Group, amongst others: Zen Department Store Bangkok.
