Outletcity Metzingen is getting a Welcome Centre, designed by blocher partners. Here, visitors will find comprehensive services, an exclusive VIP lounge and a multifunctional conference area. The architecture is characterised by high-quality materials and elegant design.
Outletcity Metzingen is expanding its offering with an important new component: the Welcome Centre, integrated into the new Moxy Hotel building, is opening its doors. Both projects bear the signature of the Stuttgart-based architecture and design firm blocher partners and are a continuation of the firm's long-standing partnership with Outletcity.
The Welcome Centre combines all of Outletcity's services in one central location. Here, visitors will find a public area and an exclusive VIP lounge where particularly loyal customers can enjoy drinks and small delicacies, receive advice and relax in a high-quality ambience. The Welcome Centre also offers a multifunctional conference area. The Welcome Centre shares the inner courtyard with the hotel and is designed in such a way that it provides a clear demarcation between the different areas while still creating a harmonious overall picture.
The architecture of the Welcome Centre reflects the exclusivity and quality that are characteristic of Metzingen. This is also reflected in the materials: exposed screed with a terrazzo finish in a grey base colour with varying aggregates and wall panelling made of walnut and brushed stainless steel set elegant accents. The exclusive furnishings from ClassiCon and Walter Knoll underline the outstanding quality of the Welcome Centre.
