The Hugo Boss Campus in Metzingen is growing: With the D4 office building, this Swabian fashion company finally has the workspaces it so urgently needs: blocher partners transformed three contiguous buildings into a modern office – meant for temporary use, and with a correspondingly limited budget.
Open-plan offices, multifunctional co-working spaces and a cafeteria as the central point of contact top off this company headquarters, which covers nearly 4000 square metres. Integrated into the structures of a high-bay warehouse will be a room-in-a-room installation: Six containers offer self-contained meeting rooms, and the remaining space can be used for staging events.
