Mannheim’s new Kepler Quarter, with apartments, offices, restaurants, shopping facilities and a Hilton Garden Inn, is going up catty-corner from the city’s central railway station.
As interior designers of this innovative hotel, blocher partners worked closely with the clients to create a distinctive design concept with a regional emphasis: Thanks to the collaboration with a Mannheim-based artist, Hilton Garden Inn brings the emotional qualities of travel and arrival together with the many facets of Mannheim, sparking curiosity. The hotel rooms include a map that can be used with a smartphone to find Mannheim’s main attractions, encouraging guests to explore the »city of squares.«
