Further development of the marina area
With the panorama of the Alps as its backdrop and the Swiss shoreline in view, Langenargen on Lake Constance resembles an enchanted gem. The goal of the masterplan
for the BMK yacht marina was to take the great recreational quality of the place thanks to its exposed position to the next level and communicate the brand in all three dimensions. The list of measures to be taken aims to create a complete ensemble which will considering the reconstruction of the touristic bicycle traffic as well as the future development of the harbour area. Pride of place goes to the new standalone administrative building with its club rooms, shaped after an old industrial building. A place has been created that promises both deceleration and inspiration – with a comprehensive range of services and co-working spaces architecture.
