For Bakeri Group’s new high-rise project in GIFT City, we are developing an architectural concept that prioritizes modern living and urban comfort. The tower will feature spacious apartments with smart layouts and balconies offering stunning city views. A green gap and green roofs enliven the façade. The building is based on a mix of retail stores and restaurants. Our design creates open living areas that also provide private retreats – perfectly suited for dynamic urban life in a growing metropolis.
