blocher partners won the “OF 21 Beyond Ordinary” competition in Munich and created a living concept that combines timeless elegance, maximum functionality and exceptional living comfort.
The award-winning concept combines spacious, light-flooded rooms with flexible floor plans that support individual lifestyles - from families to multi-generational households. Floor-to-ceiling doors and high ceilings convey a sense of spaciousness and exclusivity. Separate units for guests or staff can be integrated into the living area or used as independent retreats. Luxurious bathrooms, high-quality materials such as natural stone and oak parquet flooring as well as large sliding glass doors ensure seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor spaces.
Harmony, sustainability and smart comfort
The architecture blends harmoniously into the surroundings: a prestigious main entrance and a discreet underground car park entrance characterize the ensemble. Barrier-free entrances, roof terraces with views of the greenery and an extensively greened flat roof create an exclusive, sustainable living experience. Elegant clinker brick slips in combination with a thermal insulation composite system meet aesthetic and energy requirements.
