Catch the latest retail trends, future developments and creative sparks of inspiration: shops magazine shares exclusive, expert insights into the industry. Published yearly in German and English by umdasch – the international Austrian shop fitting specialists – the magazine enjoys great resonance with trade specialists around the world.

The current issue, shops 152, is entirely dedicated to the company's brand presentation. It takes a close look at Euroshop 2020 in Düsseldorf, as represented by various text forms and illustrations. Not only have the “Store Makers” made it their business to provide clients with meaning and visibility: They also have mastered the art of presenting themselves.

The magazine invites readers to join the “Store Makers” as they continue their search for new services; lets them follow exciting corporate acquisitions such as the digital signage company "Seen Media"; and gives them an insider view of current projects in the showcases. Thanks to extraordinary illustrations, the Brandlands experience report demonstrates how shopping becomes a brand experience. shops 152 also shines a spotlight on a master of self-dramatization: In an interview, the artist Conchita Wurst describes how one stage appearance can have a lasting impact, winning accolades from around the world.

As in years past, the communications agency typenraum is behind the magazine’s content and design. The agency has been working for umdasch “Store Makers” since 2013, developing and realizing the magazine concept.
