Bauhaus goes campus
The new Bauhaus campus in Mannheim combines old and new in a modern working environment. A new five-storey building constructed to the KfW40 standard complements the existing building and provides space for around 840 employees. Two open courtyards, light-flooded atriums and a green roof landscape create a welcoming atmosphere. Flexible workplaces and versatile meeting places characterize the building, as does the sculptural wooden staircase in the atrium.
