A Campus for Heidenheim — Designed to Educate

A five-story university building with a technical floor and 8,150 square meters of space has been built for DHBW Heidenheim in the Schmelzofenvorstadt district. Based on the design by Nickl & Partner, blocher partners took on the implementation planning and construction management, supported by consistent BIM and Lean methodology. Precise coordination of the specialist trades and cost-effective implementation shape the architecture of the State Office for Property and Construction Baden-Württemberg.
