Supporting further development

Retail experts provided support in the form of workshops for the family-run group of companies, Drubba am Titisee, in their expansion and retail development plans.

Among the workshop themes were:

— A comprehensive look at the Drubba Company
— Brand communication, given regional characteristics
— Recommendations on adequate responses to changes in tourism
— Strategies for attracting new customers
— Concepts for brand orientation, brand mix and brand portfolio
— Development of a gastronomy concept
— Creation of a room book

The consultants also supported the acquisition of desired luxury brands by:

— developing an acquisition brochure, working with the in-house agency typenraum, which contains a description of the location, the most important information and relevant key figures;
— creating a mood concept;
— creating area plans for each desired brand; and
— supporting the acquisition of the desired brands, as well as contact with respective suppliers.
