Retail Design Award: Gold for Jaquar

Two restaurants designed by blocher partners have already earned a Michelin star: OPUS V at engelhorn in Mannheim—an elegant gourmet restaurant located within one of Germany’s most renowned fashion houses—and JOHANNS at Garhammer in Waldkirchen, which combines fine dining with the warmth of a traditional family-run establishment.

Now a third project joins this circle. The Stuttgart gourmet restaurant Laesâ has also been awarded a Michelin star. With its fine-dining concept, Laesâ brings a new level of quality to Stuttgart—and proves once again that interior design and culinary excellence are inextricably linked.

The concept centers on the immediate proximity to the cooking: the long, solid beechwood table, the view into the open kitchen, and the direct experience of craftsmanship and precision. Everything comes together—making an evening at Laesâ a moment to remember.
