Flexible sales floor concept
Sporthaus Schuster is a local institution in Munich, and is known beyond the city limits as a mountaineering specialist. As part of the expansion of the Rindermarkt sales area, the interior design concept of the entire store was also revised. Here, too, the retail experts from blocher partners appeared on the scene, carrying out several marketing measures together with the customer. Since 1996, blocher partners has been collaborating with Schuster. Its accomplishments include the new construction, reconstruction and expansion of the sporting good store in 2018.
The range of services included:
— concept for product layout and space allocation
— concept and training for the use of the Vitra Multi-Lane system
— implementation of visual merchandising, working closely with the Schuster VM team
— figure styling, working closely with the Schuster VM team
— development of opening event production, working closely with the decoration team
