For Sri Lanka's largest department store company, collaborating with blocher partners on several projects since 2011, the development of a department store concept – including a market and assortment strategy – required the long-term support of our retail experts. It all started with a vision and strategy, brand and assortment strategy as well as purchasing planning. Then came the realization of the strategy, on the sales floors in various locations.
