Holy AG, which operates Outletcity Metzingen, has been collaborating with blocher partners since 2003. Its accomplishments include the conception and realisation of a major flagship outlet.

With digitalization demanding a complete transformation, the experts developed a sustainable and future-oriented retail concept that meets omnichannel requirements and can flexibly represent various product themes and brands. The concept includes an increased integration of digital elements in order to make it easier for customers to grasp the variety of product possibilities. As a result, the store presents itself as transformable, since it is equipped with flexible modules that can reflect seasonal themes and be adapted to varied uses.

In the development and realization of new retail formats, the retail consultants offered their advice on the following subjects:
