The Rhine-Neckar Regional Dialogue, which takes place every two years, is a highlight in the real estate world. It is organized by Heuer Dialog and takes place on 17 and 18 September in Ludwigshafen. “Perspectives at the border triangle: Seizing opportunities. Shaping the future” is the title of a panel moderated by Matthias Both, Partner at blocher partners. His discussion partners will be Torsten Betz from ENGIE Deutschland and Konstantinos Krikelis from Jones Lang LaSalle on investment markets. The panel will address the following questions: Where are things going well, where are they stagnating? Why are developments on the office markets comparatively positive?
