Under this motto, the 17th German Retail Real Estate Summit will take place in Düsseldorf from February 20-21, 2025.
Erik Schimkat, Managing Director of blocher partners sens, who specializes in design strategy, will moderate the event on 21 February at 10:15 a.m. and, together with industry experts, will explore the question of how retail properties can be designed to be sustainable and resource-efficient. The focus will be on linking sustainability, efficiency and multimodal concepts: how can architecture and urban planning take new, resilient paths to make urban districts and retail locations successful in the long term?
