Jens Kron wird Head of Business Development bei blocher partners

Jens Kron (36), an expert in property development, is taking over the position of Head of Business Development. The studied urban planner brings with him extensive property management expertise thanks to his many years of experience at LBBW Immobilien Kommunalentwicklung (Stuttgart), where he worked as a project manager in the planning, development and marketing of properties. Additional training as a property economist at the Akademie der Immobilienwirtschaft rounds off his profile.

In addition to feasibility studies, due diligence checks, market and location analyses, his expertise includes supporting revitalisation projects and advising on competitions, contract awards and tenders. Jens Kron therefore has an in-depth understanding of complex urban development and property management challenges.
