Plans for living quarter Spitalhöhe in Rottweil approved by municipal council

Rottweil's municipal council ratified the result of the architectural competition on "Spitalhöhe Rottweil", which was won by blocher partners. The new construction of this living quarter will provide around 35 apartments constructed in innovative hybrid design.
