Pascale Hein, Managing Director of blocher partners sustain, will kick off the event with her keynote speech on “ESG - What is important when valuing existing retail properties?”. Markus Wotruba, Head of Location and Real Estate Consulting at BBE-Handelsberatung, will follow her with his presentation “The importance of location for ESG”. The event is aimed at professionals from the real estate and financial sectors who want to find out about the latest developments and challenges in the field of ESG criteria for retail real estate.
