The transformation of the former Galeria Kaufhof in Mannheim is taking shape. On February 13, 2025, our partner Benjamin Blocher will offer an exclusive insight into the redevelopment of the building. In collaboration with Diringer & Scheidel, this pioneering project is redefining urban space: while the lower floors will provide flexible office and retail spaces, the upper levels will feature new urban living spaces built using sustainable timber-hybrid construction.

The tour offers a unique opportunity to learn more about the innovative planning and construction processes. Safety shoes, a helmet, and a high-visibility vest are required.
