A welcoming experience
Metzingen Outletcity is an international shopping attraction. In order to channel the streams of visitors, a new multi-storey car park with 680 parking spaces was built near the B 313 access road. Its wooden lamella facade creates a quiet volume, whose interior opens to a green courtyard. The integrated welcome centre provides visitors with a relaxed shopping experience: They can get a refreshing drink, charge their cell phones and sit comfortably before taking off on their shopping excursion.
