Offices transform into living space
The concept for the urban re-alignment of the Telekom grounds centres on modernization and conversion of a 62-metre-high office block into a residential high-rise. The plan is for the 16-story Telekom-Tower to become a new landmark with a new, poignant façade structure and metal cladding in a light champagne color. The mixed-usage grounds will be supplemented by a further ensemble of buildings, a standalone with a child-care unit and housing, and a park.
