Subtle façade design
The architects showed great sensitivity in bridging modernity and history in the new-build commercial property at Königstrasse 41 in Stuttgart. The building formulates an architectural idiom that exudes anunobtrusive sense of style while conveying a strong sense of belonging to the location. The well-conceived façade design creates a unique brand. Staggered backwards vertically, and with ever more powerful horizontal concrete arcs as it rises, the frontage is a subtle blend. The anthracite-coloured fair-face concrete emphasizes the building’s independence and character.
